Christopher Cuddihy
Christopher is responsible for all aspects of Pearson’s engagement with UK and international governments, including Westminster, Whitehall and overseas government departments. Before joining Pearson, Christopher was a Director at Lexington Communications a Public Affairs agency, and established and led the Education & Skills practice, supporting education clients in the UK and overseas on their Government Relations and Communications strategies. Prior to this he was the Global Head of Public Affairs at TES Global, owner and publisher of the TES and THE.
Christopher previously worked as a civil servant in Whitehall at the Department for Education, in both Private Secretary and policy roles, working across Schools funding, Academies, 14-19 and Vocational Qualification reform, Skills and Apprenticeships, and Higher Education funding and policy reform.
Kimberley Fletcher
Kimberley is an Enterprise Executive in the Workforce Skills division of Pearson. Her responsibilities lay in helping organisations & employees to navigate the evolution of work. She helps HR leaders track the rise and fall in demands for skills and turn that data into org-level development strategies that result in talent ready to deploy when the business needs it.
Leaning on Pearson's suite of learning and assessment solutions, she connects organisations with the resources to identify and overcome emerging skills gaps and find productivity opportunities, whilst protecting the employment prospects of their employees.
