Kate has 30 years consulting experience in Government at senior levels. She has delivered major programmes in many departments including the Home Office, MOJ, DfE and in Health and police. Her career started with Rolls Royce and KPMG, then became Consulting Partner for Atos for the Public Sector in the UK and Northern Europe. Highlights of her career have been working on several Government panels including the Hillsborough Independent Panel, and building a £35m UK Consulting business. She has served on the Board of the Management Consulting Association(MCA). Collaborative working is at the heart of everything she does and she is an advisor to companies working with Government and also with an international charity empowering Women and Girls.
